For a few years now, I’ve actually had the idea of consciously building my website in a minimalist way and “like before”. Unfortunately, I often didn’t have the time, and I usually only managed to do small things on the side.
Now I’ve finally managed to relaunch this website – simple, clear and a bit nostalgic. No big show, no overloaded design. Just a “platform” that leaves room for thoughts, projects and whatever else arises.
This time I deliberately wanted to take a different approach: less bells and whistles, less “glossy website” – instead minimalism and a good bit of nostalgia. I took a bit of inspiration from how blogs used to be: personal, direct and simply part of the free internet.
There is still some content missing, and a lot will certainly develop over the coming weeks. But the starting point is there – and I’m looking forward to writing more freely and openly here again, without any fixed topics or rules. Simply sharing thoughts, recording projects, trying things out.
Will I really manage to write regularly? I have no idea. But the desire to do so is definitely back. And sometimes that’s enough to get you started.
